A la luz de los desarrollos en torno al coronavirus COVID-19, seguimos con medidas de precaución para minimizar los riesgos para la salud y el bienestar del personal y los visitantes así como el posible impacto en nuestros animales. 

Se han implementado medidas adicionales de limpieza e higiene que incluyen el lavado y desinfección de manos y la desinfección regular de las manijas de las puertas, la sala de espera y sala de consulta. 

Para minimizar el riesgo de infección, estamos introduciendo las siguientes medidas: 

Se dará prioridad a aquellos que tengan una CITA PREVIA RESERVADA telefónicamente. Sea puntual, de lo contrario tendrá que concertar una nueva cita. Se dará prioridad a los animales enfermos y a los que tengan que viajar.

El propietario ahora podrá entrar con su (s) mascota(s) a la consulta pero el uso de mascarilla es obligatoria.

Los pedidos también se pueden realizar por teléfono, correo electrónico o mensajería en Facebook.

Para aquellos visitantes / propietarios que tienen síntomas parecidos a la gripe (por ejemplo, fiebre, tos, etc.) independientemente de los antecedentes de viaje o contacto o aquellos diagnosticados con Covid-19, les pedimos que se queden en casa y contáctenos para más información. 

Lamentamos los inconvenientes causados, pero confía en que entenderá los motivos de esta decisión. Mantendremos la situación bajo revisión.

In light of the developments around coronavirus COVID-19, we still have precautionary measures in place to minimise the risks to the health and wellbeing of staff, visitors and potential impact upon our animals.

Extra cleaning and hygiene measures including hand washing and sanitising and regular disinfecting of door handles, waiting room and consulting room is still in place.

In order to minimise infection risk have introduced the following measures:

Priority will be given to those who have a PRE-BOOKED APPOINTMENT by telephone. Please be punctual otherwise you will have to arrange a new appointment. Priority will be given to sick animals, and for pets which have to travel.

The owner(s) can now enter the consultation room with his /her/their pet(s), however the use of a mask is mandatory.
 

All other visitors without appointments or those that wish to purchase food and medication are going to have to wait their turn outside with good social distancing. Orders can also be placed by telephone, email or messenger on facebook.

For those visitors/ owners which have flu-like symptoms (for example, fever, cough and so on) regardless of travel or contact history or those diagnosed with Covid-19, we ask you to to please stay at home and contact us for further information.
